Time to get back to the software
Here is a picture of the bigRover project I've been playing with for a while. The chassis is from ServoCity.com. Too bad this chassis is discontinued. Else it would nice to rebuild and do a few things differently. This one uses a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W to run various servos, wheel motors, wifi comms, camera, and gather data from sensors. Like lidar data and yaw/pitch/roll. Things left to do: replace wheel motors with motors that have encoders, relay switches for headlights hooked into the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W, and maybe a Slamtec RPLidar up on the top platform in the back. But the hardware is solid enough for now to focus back on the software. 🙂
