Had 2 main issues.
1. Was tired and
b). PHD2 calibration was sub-optimal.
Also hit some issue with SharpCap plate solving that sent my mount into a place where the focuser was hanging up on the DEC motor (AVX mount). Had to restart the setup and polar align again. After 10 lights for the Iris Nebula, I was happy to call it a night. Several things to do differently next time.
